Our Team
The people behind Pickrook
Five engineers with deep backgrounds in warehouse robotics, WMS integration, and industrial automation — all working on the same piece-picking problem.
Founding Team
Zoe Marchetti
CEO & Co-Founder
Ex-Carnegie Mellon Robotics Institute research engineer with 5 years in warehouse robotics perception research. Zoe identified the novel-SKU generalization gap in 2021 during a field study at a Pittsburgh-area 3PL and founded Pickrook to close it.
Felix Nduka
Head of Engineering
Ex-Symbotic software engineering. Felix spent 4 years building WMS integration layers for large-scale automated storage systems, giving Pickrook its native connectors for AutoStore, 6 River Systems, and Symbotic WMS.
Ingrid Sorenson
Head of Robotics Integration
Ex-KUKA Robotics application engineer with 6 years commissioning pick-and-place cells at automotive and consumer goods facilities across the Midwest. Ingrid leads deployment and integration for all pilot engagements.
Arjun Bose
Senior Perception Engineer
Robotics Engineer from Carnegie Mellon University. Arjun works on the core perception stack — object boundary detection, grasp candidate scoring, and confidence calibration for novel SKU conditions.
Cole Prentiss
Senior Systems Engineer
Robotics Engineer from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Cole owns the station controller software, multi-arm scheduling logic, and the operator dashboard used by facility managers to monitor pick station health.
