Former fulfillment operations lead at an early-stage 3PL in Western PA. Industry fellow at the CMU Robotics Institute 2021–2023. Built Pickrook in 2024 to productize the autonomous pick cell her team needed but couldn't find. Italian-American, Pittsburgh native.
Ex-senior robotics engineer at a Carnegie Mellon spin-out working on mobile manipulation. PhD in Robotics from CMU. Designed Pickrook's vision-gripper stack from scratch. Specializes in adaptive gripping and RGB-D perception for unstructured bin environments.
Ex-Manhattan Associates WMS solution architect, 5 years implementing Active WMS at mid-size 3PL and fulfillment operators across the Southeast and Midwest. Leads all WMS integration work at Pickrook. She knows every undocumented edge case in Manhattan's API.
Former warehouse operations manager at a Pittsburgh-area distribution center. Responsible for all pilot deployments, site surveys, and operator training at Pickrook. Every 4-week deployment timeline has his name on it.
