Pilot request details

The more context you give us, the better we can scope the engagement. Every field helps.

We respond within one business day. No SDR, no qualification sequence — you'll hear from Marcus (Field Ops) or Zoe (CEO).

What to expect

  1. Scoping call (30 min)

Marcus (Head of Field Ops) or Zoe (CEO) will review your facility details and WMS setup. We'll confirm whether your SKU velocity profile is a fit for current Pickrook cell capabilities.

  2. Pilot proposal

We'll send a one-page deployment scope: cell count, zone assignment, WMS integration approach, and a 4-week timeline with your specific milestones. No boilerplate decks.

  3. Deploy in 4 weeks

Site survey, hardware delivery, vision training, and go-live. Pickrook field team on-site for the final week. You'll see autonomous pick data flowing through your WMS by end of week 4.

Common questions

Do we need to shut down operations during installation?
No. Pickrook's cell is staged and powered in a designated zone while the rest of the floor runs normally. Zero facility downtime in validated deployments.
What WMS platforms does Pickrook connect to?
Manhattan Active WMS, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Körber HighJump, NetSuite WMS, and 3PL Central. Pre-built connectors mean faster integration. Other WMS platforms are evaluated case-by-case.
What's the minimum facility size or volume?
No hard minimum. A 50,000 sq ft facility running 2,000+ picks/day on a mix of box-shaped B/C SKUs is a reasonable starting point. We'll tell you honestly if the fit isn't there.
